 Amateur handled throughout his career, Sieben ranked in the breed's top-ten in 1977, 1978, and 1982 (8, 7, 10).  Because these statistics do not include the years Sieben was not extensively campaigned, the incomplete record of those years shows is 57 breed wins (5 specialties) and 15 group placements (3 firsts, 5 seconds, 2 thirds, 3 fourths) - the unofficial total is over 100 breed wins.  The great moving dog won best of opposite sex at the 1976 National Specialty.

Sieben produced 2 futurity winners, and is the breed's third sire of 2 dual champions.
